PD Ministries

Laura Thompson was born in Baton Rouge, LA and grew up in Monroeville, AL. She attended Belhaven College in Jackson, MS and majored in Mathematics with a Piano minor. After obtaining a Masters Degree in Mathematics from the University of South Alabama, she moved to Atlanta where she met her husband Stan. She has worked in many positions including church secretary, office manager and currently as an analyst with UrbanAmerica Advisors. She and Stan have one son, Jake. Her spare time is spent with her family and she loves to knit.
